The Green Man

A fabulous revolving hand-painted pub sign from the Green Man pub in the City of London.

The sign hung above the pub at No. 1 Poultry for many years before the building was sadly demolished in the year 2000 to make way for new residential development.

Made from aluminium and repurposed with a heavy iron girder base for stability, the revolving hand-painted oval centre spins on an axis and is painted to both sides.

A delightful decorative piece with nostalgic London appeal!
