A splendid pair of Andrew Handyside and Company of Derby, Victorian urns with the model number titled as ‘No1 Small Urn’.
The urns display twin loped Satyrs mask handles and a decorative foliate freize to the deeply gadrooned bowl. The urns are finished on a raised socle foot and a symmetrical square base.
Both urns display a beautiful crisp casting complimented with layers of ivory coloured paint and remnants of historical garden foliage only adding to the charm.
Rare to find a pair is such splendid condition that display beautifully both inside and outside the home.
