A beautiful oak late Victorian haberdashery cabinet of good craftsmanship.
The chest is composed of eight large deep drawers configured in two sets with four to either side.
Solid single thick plank top and sides all raised on a plinth base surround.
Eight smooth running pine lined drawers with dovetail joints accompanied with original feathered plank back.
The cabinet is of excellent quality in the campaign style with brass recessed handles.
Originally from a haberdashery but sourced from Guys Hospital in London where it was used in an administration department.
