A beautifully presented late Regency period Georgian sofa table in mahogany.
The cross banded double drop leaf top sits above a single frieze drawer with boxwood edge lines flanked by a dummy drawer to either side and four brass handles.
The table stands on four turned columns that adjoin a platform base accompanied by four splayed sabre legs. The legs are toe capped and finished with brass castors.
This exceptional example of high Regency furniture displays excellent colour and grain with no flaws or concerns.
A truly wonderful and elegant table.
