A good set of four oak stackable chairs for Coventry Cathedral.
In 1960 Scottish architect Sir Basil Spence commissioned Dick Russell to design a chair for the opening of the cathedral in 1962.
The now iconic post was design was very practical and could not only be stacked but also joined together to form rows.
In original finish in a clean and un-restored condition.
The price is for the set of four chairs.
