19th Century Teak Campaign Chest

An English 19th-century teak campaign chest in two parts, with removable feet.

The chest has two short drawers above a deeper long drawer and a further two long drawers to the bottom half.

Each of the two sections has a pair of heavy iron handles on either end which would have aided in transportation of the chest.

All five drawers have brass handles and brass straps to the corners, coupled with ebony escutcheons to each drawer.

Raised on bun feet with a paneled back.
