A beautiful pair of French button-back armchairs in Shiraz red coloured velvet.
The chair’s seats have been fully restored, stripped back to the original solid walnut pegged frame with a new coil spring base, padding, hessian lining, and calico coverings added to the front. The feather button-backs have been restored ready and re-upholstered in a sumptuous velvet.
Raised on turned ebony legs and brass castors. The castors are delightfully worn and full of character adding to the charm of this delightful pair of armchairs.
