A large 19th century characterful pitch pine preparation table with a sizeable plank top.
The base has a deep apron to accommodate two large smooth running drawers with original brass cup handles.
The table is supported with four stout block legs that gently taper towards the ends.
The base has traces of the original dark burgundy finish and remains in as found condition.
Reassuringly heavy and in great condition for age, ready to serve for another hundred and fifty years and be the centre point of the home.
This versatile table would make a wonderful kitchen or dining table or spacious console serving table.
